National Domestic Violence Awareness Month (Article)

October marks National Domestic Violence Awareness month. While October may almost be over, domestic violence is an issue that should be continually talked about, because it is much more prevalent than people may realize: 1 in 3 teens report knowing a friend or peer who has been hit, punched, slapped, choked or physically hurt by his/her partner.

Keep yourself informed, and if you or someone you know has been experiencing domestic violence, get help immediately.
