Is This What We Want? (Article)

I was looking through Health Magazine recently and noticed this dieting trick…

Is this really the kind of life we should want to live? Why do we keep making food out to be the enemy, when it gives us the power and energy to keep on living? Instead of boring oneself to thinness, I would suggest actually enjoying all of the wonderful, healthy choices we have to eat on a daily basis. That definitely seems like the happier – and ultimately healthier – option!
